How do I book an appointment?You can access the booking link by clicking on the “book an appointment” tab.

How do I track my package?Studio E uses USPS as our primary shipping provider. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking number.

When will my order ship?We ship all orders placed on working business days (Mon-Fri) by 2pm EST within 24 hours. We do our absolute best to ensure your order will be fulfilled within 24 hours, however arrival is out of our control. We apologize in advance for any USPS delays that may occur.

Is pickup available?Unfortunately pickup is not available during this time but we do offer free shipping on orders and work diligently to ship out orders within the first 24 hours if purchased by 2pm EST on working business days (MON - FRI) excluding holidays.

Return & Exchange PolicyAll sales are FINAL. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic & in an effort to protect our customers, no exchanges are accepted at this time.

Hair Care TipsWe recommend shampooing & conditioning your extensions with Garnier Fructis Pure Clean shampoo & conditioner or Tresseme Cleanse and Replenish shampoo &conditioner. When applying the shampoo, be sure to focus on the weft and work your way to the ends of the hair. Do not rub the hair together, but instead brush or comb the shampoo through from ends to roots, or rake your fingers through it gently. Our hair has a natural silkiness & shine, so there is no need to use any oils or oily products. For longer lasting curls or a longer lasting press, try using flexi rods or wrapping your hair every night as if you have a silk press.
